Ultimate Wallcovering

This job posed many challenges; double reveal bullnoses, many archways all of which needed to be covered with a very fine traditional English paper (think wet newspaper !). The paper and wall surface required priming and blankstocking prior to installing the wallpaper, the end result was a perfect and beautiful installation !

Once again another challenging room. This bathroom has vaulted ten foot ceilings and a very small 3x5 floor space in which to set my ladder. The paper is a very delicate Van Luit  foil back round , which covers all wall and ceiling surfaces.Note the arch has a double bullnose reveal detail.The end result is a detailed and beautiful powder bathroom.These kind of jobs take time, craftsmanship and skill to get the desired result and will be appreciated for years to come.

This bathroom with once again, more bullnose arches, posed a difficult problem as the material used is a 54" wide commercial vinyl. These types of materials are more often seen in office lobby's, hotel hallways etc. They are becoming more common in residential use as designers and clients appreciate their unique patterns and durable nature. A heat gun was used to make the difficult corner wraps

This is a very popular product utilized by many offices, corporate headquarters, schools etc.    This product is unique as it is applied like wallcovering directly to the wall. It can be used as dry erase whiteboard and can also be used as a projection surface for PowerPoint  presentations.   It comes in many different colors and designs. Here is a beautiful example of how a bold pattern can have a rich warm effect, creating contrast with the white casings and moldings, The paper is by Motif , traditional patterned Toille, most people might consider this a bold choice but it really works as it creates a unique space in a other wise plain room.
